Based in Bradford, West Yorkshire, Birkbeck Structures delivers this service nationwide, across many sectors for residential, commercial and industrial low-, medium-, and high-rise buildings.
Our experience spans high-end schemes through to cost-effective constructions. We work closely with contractors, architects and industry bodies to fulfil specifications, supporting your projects with modern methods of construction.
Throughout this, we meet all relevant codes of practise and are certified with a number of accreditations to provide our design, fabrication and installation service at the highest standard. This includes British Standards and Eurocodes: ISO9001: 2015, SCI, CHAS Elite, CE Marking/ BS EN 1090 Execution Class 3, and ConstructionLine Gold.

history
Birkbeck Structures Ltd was initially formed as a property development/ property investment business vehicle; however, in 2018, with the introduction of Technical Director Andrew Walker, we pivoted to specialise in hybrid off-site structural steel systems.
The potential of this system addressed limitations of working with traditional steelwork and LGSF respectively, including providing a lightweight system with the ability to construct taller structures and allow for future adaption.
Today, Birkbeck Structures has well-established processes, people and machinery in place to provide hybrid steel frames, alongside traditional steelwork and LGSF.
This is all driven by our team of directors, who represent a broad skill set within panelised off-site methods of design, manufacture, and construction.
